The CalCup 2010 End of Season Party

Hi everyone,

At last I have the final details for this great, end of season party.

It will be at BYC, (Berkeley Yacht Club, MAP) on Saturday 25th September.

Time 6pm – 8.30pm, in the dinning room.
(For those that wish to hang out a little longer, we will move to the bar.)

Speeches & Awards will start at 6.30pm.

The BYC Board & Management have graciously, not only provided the club for free to me, but have agreed to provide staff, and supper at the following cost.

Here is the menu & prices.

This will be a cook your own BBQ.

Burgers - $8
Hotdogs (2) - $8
Salmon - $11
Steak - $15
Veggie Burger - $8
Chicken - $8
Sides Only - $7

Sides include:
Green Salad
Roasted Potatos
Potato Salad
Bean Salad

Desert: (price included with the above)
Cake & Ice Cream

There will be a no host bar.
